We took the kids to Memorial Hill in Midway. We enjoyed the beautiful views of Midway and Heber City. The wind was sure blowing because a huge storm was rolling in. We left just in time.
Today is Jackson's 6th Birthday! We celebrated his birthday shopping in Park City. Jackson and Ashlynn both got MP3 players. We wish every birthday was that easy to shop for. Next time we will buy ones that don't have speakers..haha. We enjoyed cake and ice cream at Grandma and Pa's in Midway along with a nice evening of some putting on the greens.
We celebrated Jackson's 6th birthday with his friends and a fun water slide...a big thanks to our friend Amber. All the kids had so much fun with the exception of a couple collisions. Jacks got a lot of fun gifts. He especially liked the $5 bill he got.
Jackson started 1st grade today. Not sure how thrilled he is to be at school all day. Ashlynn will miss him being gone that long, but it will be a nice break for Mommy. He was so excited to have Mrs. Hunt for his teacher and of course to have his buddy Jace in his class. We love ya Bud!
We went to Kolob Reservoir with the Hendrickson's and the Funk's. It stormed and hailed on our way there, but finally stopped when we arrived. It was so beautiful. We had fun roasting hot dogs, smores, and starburst. Our little family went out on Ken's fishing boat, but did not catch a single fish.
